About MODE
Founded in 2017 by Michelle and Craig, MODE Home Staging is the result of our love for real estate and years of experience. Our journey started back in 2000 when we renovated our first home together and realized how much we enjoyed transforming spaces. While I kept my corporate job, Craig switched from sales to start our property trading company.
By 2017, we had a solid plan and launched MODE Home Staging. We saw how professional home staging could really boost a property's value. With my business background and our combined real estate know-how, MODE Home Staging is all about helping clients showcase their homes in the best possible way.

Why have my property staged?
In a competitive market, staging helps your property stand out, making it easier for buyers to envision living there. Staged homes generally sell faster and for a higher price than non-staged homes.
How long does the staging stay in for?
Our staging period is 6 weeks. If you need to extend, this can be arranged.
Who is responsible for insuring the staging furniture and accessories?
We cover all insurance at no extra cost. In the event of a loss, you are responsible for the excess.
What if my house sells quickly and I only need staging for a few weeks, do I get a refund?
No, the setup and styling costs remain the same regardless of whether the property is staged for two weeks or six.
Can I select the furniture?
We do not allow clients to select the furniture for their home. Our experienced team will ensure your home is styled beautifully to meet the requirements of your target market.
How much notice do I need to give?
We recommend 2-3 weeks between quoting and installation time to ensure the best outcome. During busy periods, we can be booked up to 3-4 weeks in advance.
